Community banking is a relatively stale category. Like insurance, the products from bank to bank are nearly all the same. But unlike insurance, creativity isn’t widely leveraged. When we were hired, First Bank was one of the most profitable community banks in the country — with operations across Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma — but growth had stagnated.
To solve for this, we overhauled the brand strategy and visual identity, created new, conversion-optimized digital storefronts for both retail banking and mortgage, and launched a series of integrated campaigns reintroducing the brand to the market.
